We believe we are on track to have a full stadium in the fall. But as we’ve all learned during the past year, COVID-19 is unpredictable. We are preparing for other scenarios that might limit seating in order to follow all public health and safety regulations. The health and safety of student-athletes, season-ticket holders, coaches, staff and fans continue to be the top priority.

After close consultation with university, local and state public health officials, as well as Seattle's professional sports franchises, University of Washington Athletics will implement a vaccine verification system for all Husky Athletics ticketed events beginning September 25 with Washington's football game against California.

Link Light Rail from Sound Transit also serves the University of Washington from Capitol Hill, downtown Seattle, Beacon Hill, the Rainier Valley, Tukwila, SeaTac, and Angle Lake, with the north extension to U District, Roosevelt and Northgate scheduled to open in October 2021.
